Welcome to OraRide Franchise, a program designed to empower entrepreneurs by offering local and regional ride-hailing business opportunities under the trusted OraRide brand. Before applying for or participating in the franchise program, please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. By accessing or using the OraRide Franchise platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OraRide Franchise website, submitting an application, or entering into a franchise agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not apply for or operate an OraRide franchise.

2. Eligibility

To become a franchise partner, you must:

a. Be at least 18 years of age.

b. Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

c. Meet all other requirements outlined in the official OraRide Franchise Agreement.

3. Franchise Account Registration

To access franchise tools and services, you may be required to create an official franchise account. You agree to:

a. Keep your login credentials confidential and secure

b. Notify OraRide immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Use of Franchise Resources

As a franchise partner, you are granted limited access to OraRide’s brand assets, training materials, software tools, and support channels for the purpose of operating your franchise. You agree not to misuse, duplicate, or redistribute any proprietary resources without prior written permission from OraRide.

5. Franchise Agreement

This User Agreement does not replace or override the official Franchise Agreement. Any franchisee who is approved must enter into a legally binding agreement with OraRide. The terms in that document govern the business relationship and must be strictly followed.

6. Termination of Access

OraRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your franchise account or access to franchise services at any time, with or without notice, if:

a. You violate the terms of this User Agreement or your Franchise Agreement.

b. You engage in unethical, illegal, or harmful practices that affect the OraRide brand.

7. Changes to the Agreement

OraRide may revise this User Agreement from time to time. All changes will be posted on the official franchise website or communicated directly via email. Continued use of the franchise platform indicates your acceptance of those updates.
