Welcome to the OraRide Franchise Program! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in and use of the OraRide Franchise services ("we," "our," "us"). By applying for or operating an OraRide franchise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By submitting a franchise application, signing the franchise agreement, or operating under the OraRide brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the franchise program.
OraRide offers franchise opportunities at the State and District levels to help expand our mobility services. Franchisees gain access to operational models, marketing support, digital infrastructure, and training resources to run services under the OraRide brand.
a. Eligibility: To become a franchisee, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement in India.
b. Application Review: OraRide reserves the right to accept or reject any franchise application at its discretion based on criteria such as investment capability, background verification, and regional availability.
c. Franchise Agreement: Upon approval, franchisees must sign a legal agreement outlining responsibilities, territory rights, financial obligations, and operational guidelines.
a. Operate ethically and in compliance with OraRide policies, local laws, and regulations.
b. Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and branding consistency as per OraRide standards.
c. Provide regular reports on operational metrics and financials, as requested.
Franchisees may use the OraRide brand, logo, software, and marketing assets strictly under license during the term of their agreement. All intellectual property remains the sole property of OraRide.
Franchisees must not disclose, share, or misuse any confidential business information, customer data, or proprietary processes provided during the partnership.
a. Violates terms of the agreement
b. Fails to maintain performance standards
c. Engages in fraudulent or unethical practices
Termination may result in legal actions or financial penalties depending on the nature of the breach.
OraRide will not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the franchisee due to business performance, external market factors, or mismanagement.
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or legal channels as outlined in the franchise agreement, under the jurisdiction of Agartala, Tripura.
OraRide reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our official website. Continued operation under the franchise indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
